I going to use different situations to break down and analyze why accountability and reliability matter so much and why they are so important to us and are equally as important to you specifically when it comes to having auto repair services completed for your vehicle. 

We will use this first situation to demonstrate why reliability is such an important component of a great auto repair service process.

Okay, so you are cruising right along after getting off work late, it is about 7pm and then all of sudden as you are on the Montano Bridge your vehicle just stops functioning and will not start again. The next option was to tow your vehicle to the local auto repair shop or local auto mechanic and then leave it sit there over-night and find yourself another way home or to whatever it is you were going to do.  Essentially, this choice means finding another ride and trusting your vehicle over-night in their parking lot but eliminates one of the tow truck fees.

The third poor option you would have would be to find a way home and leave your vehicle on the bridge over-night.  While this would eliminate the headache of the double tow fee this would mean you would have to find a ride home, then back to your vehicle, then have a tow truck get it to the local auto repair shop or local auto mechanic in the morning still.
